Cables and adapter

Connector М8/М12 : PA Resin (UL94V0). Material with index of V0 is hardly flammable. Its temperature of burning is circa 700 °C.

The material for the socket housing : ТРЕ (Thermoplaste) – Termoelastopolimer – a new generation of rubber-plastic, the optimal elastomer. TPE is strong enough, an eco-friendly product that is resistant to moisture and corrosive environments.

The used thermoplastic elastomer possesses anti-static qualities and has high mechanical stability and stability to the most chemical substances, which are used in industry; excellent resistance to atmospheric influences; a large range of work at different temperatures. Exceptional sealing: TPE preserves its sealing function for years without deformations or crack.

The bodies ensure level of protection IP65 (full isolation against dust and protection from direct water stream).

Material for the contact: CuZn (Au) – gilded brass. This combination is used for coverings at very high requirements for the reliability of the electrical point.
CuZn (Ag) – plated brass. Used to reduce intermodulation distortion.

The suggested contacts class of protection IP67 (certified in accordance with IEC 60529), which enables reliable work at dust and stands the dip under water to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Adapters

Material for connector housing: PA6 – structural polymeric material with good strength and anti-friction qualities. This polyamide is chemically resistant to oils, petrol, spirit, weak acid, diluted and concentrated alkaline substances, it is not toxic.

Materials contact: CuZn (Au) – gilded brass. This combination is used for coverings at very high requirements for the reliability of the electrical point.
CuZn (Ag) – plated brass. Used to reduce intermodulation distortion.

Material for Stop sleeve : CuZn (Ni) – Nickel-plated brass. The nickel covering is in order to be provided an additional protection from corrosion. Its other qualities: Thermic stability, elasticity, chemical inertness.
The adapters ensure level of protection IP65 (full isolation against dust and protection from direct water stream).
